What to include

Include your Dogecoin address and, if you have one, the transaction ID shown on the payouts page.
Connection problems
Tell us your miner model, firmware, the exact worker name you used and any error text from the miner log.
Bug reports and feedback
Anything that looks wrong on the dashboard, stats that do not match your miner, or ideas for the pool.
Press and general questions
Anything else about how the pool is run.
Before you email
Many questions are answered on the setup guide, the pool policy or in your dashboard, which updates every 30 seconds.
We never ask for your wallet seed phrase, private keys or passwords. Any message that does is not from us.
