What we do
We run a Stratum server connected to a full Dogecoin node. Your miner receives work from the pool, submits shares, and those accepted shares determine your share of every block the pool finds. Everything a miner needs — live hashrate, worker status, share counts, balances and payout history — is visible publicly by wallet address.
Why we built it
Most Dogecoin pools require registration, take a larger cut, or hide their numbers behind a login. DogeCaves.live keeps the fee low at 0.9%, keeps the stats open, and keeps setup down to a single Stratum URL and your wallet address.
Hardware we support
Any Scrypt ASIC or Scrypt-capable software miner works, including the Antminer L3+, L7, Goldshell Mini-DOGE series, and CPU/GPU software miners such as cpuminer for testing. Variable difficulty (vardiff) adapts automatically to your rig.
How payouts work
Balances accrue to the Dogecoin address in your miner username. Once your balance crosses the payout threshold, the pool wallet sends the DOGE on-chain and the transaction ID appears in your payout history. We do not hold funds for anyone who does not want them held — there is no custody beyond the time between earning and the next payout run.
Honest expectations
This is a young pool run by a small operator. Mining is variable by nature: block luck, network difficulty and hardware uptime all affect what you earn, and we never promise a return. Our pool policy spells out exactly what we do and do not guarantee.
